Innovation Procurement for Sustainable Data Centre Products and Service

It is the 3rd workshop of EURECA, a project funded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 scheme. The project aims to provide public sector organisations with quantifiable information on the environmental impact of data centers and related procurement choices.

The objectives are to demonstrate the value of energy saving and environmental data centre best practices and policies, triggering related procurement actions; and to provide public Sector organisations with a tailored solution for ‘green’ data centre procurement.

Questo è il terzo worshop di EURECA, un progetto finanziato dalla Commissione Europea nell’ambito del programma Horizon 2020. Il progetto mira a fornire alle organizzazioni pubbliche informazioni quantitative sull’impatto ambientale dei data center e delle scelte pubbliche relative.

Gli obiettivi sono, da un lato, dimostrare il valore delle best practice e delle politiche di risparmio energetico e i tutela ambientale riguardanti i data center innescando azioni di approvvigionamento pubblico; dall’altro lato, fornire le Pubbliche Amministrazioni di soluzioni personalizzate per l’approvvigionamento di data center “green”.

La partecipazione è gratuita, la registrazione obbligatoria entro il 15 Febbraio 2016.
