The City of Turin in collaboration with Open Incet hosts the national dissemination seminar of the European project “PROLITE | Procuring Lighting Innovations”. The objective is to promote the dialogue among practitioner by identifyingthe ways to best systematize innovative procurement and contractual models; on the one hand, it will be possible to respond to public administration needs delivering innovation to the benefit of its territory and citizens, on the other hand public expenditure will be rationalized following the Spending Review commitments.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
