Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini relaunches in Turin the program “Social Roots – Open Innovation in Agrifood“, platform for open innovation in the agrifood sector.
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]The program is oriented to companies, associations, and start-ups of the agrifood sector generating ideas, models, processes and services creating sustainable innovation with a social impact.
The objective is to facilitate the matching between demand for, and supply of innovation in the agrifood sector, involving through an international Call For Solutions a global community of innovators.
Thanks to the platform participants can present ideas and projects, identify innovation opportunities, interact with other community members and get in touch with potential partners to allow and accelerate the birth of new solutions.
The selected proposals, winners of the call, will participate to the Innovation Camp taking place each year in a different continent. The 2016 edition will be at the Innovation Week in Ankara, Turkey.
The launching event will be in Turin at Open Incet on 9th March at 10.00 am, in the presence of Giorgio Ferrero,Piedmont Region Councilor of Agriculture, and Enzo Lavolta, City of Turin Councilor for Innovation.
This event represents an opportunity to consider possible collaboration with the “Social Roots” community of innovators and to see their innovative ideas and solutions.
